Molly Reveals Her Workout Secrets

The beautiful Molly Sims revealed her workout and snack food secrets and gives her opinion about the women that can “eat whatever they want without gaining a pound.” Take a look below:

“I got sick of being on a treadmill, so I go hiking with my dogs. I do Pilates – it’s really about lengthening your body and not building up your muscle – and then yoga once or twice a week.”

And she makes sure to keep her diet as healthy as possible, relying on raw almonds to keep hunger at bay between meals. She says: “[It's] my best snack… I eat like 50 of them a day. It gives me energy and it gives me protein.”

Molly claims that girls who say they can eat whatever they want without gaining an ounce are ‘liars’. She says: “Those girls are in the gym busting their butts every day like the rest of us!”
